WHAT YOU DO
As a Software Support Engineer, part of the expanding Product Team, this role is primarily related to production support. You will be troubleshooting using technical skills focusing on SQL, C#, VB.Net and site administration. As someone who is passionate about technology, you will potentially get to do some development work too! Our global Clients rely on you to solve technical and business-related problems and because you are self-motivated and love driving tasks, this comes easy to you. You will be communicating with both internal and external teams continually picking up new work and closing issues using a defined queue by thinking inside and outside the box.
