We will pay you the normal 10% commission for the sale.  Our approach to selling is unusual but we believe that this is the best way to sell our business for a good price.  For you, this would mean helping in two stages.  First you would help us find partners to work with.  Then you would simply wait for us to work with the partners to increase value.  When there is enough value then you would help us negotiate the sale.

Your challenge is to make potential partners understand that our partnership program is a win-win proposition.  This is a challenge because it is unusual.  But a partner who already has traffic in a related area (anywhere in the job market area) should be able to make a few million per year from this partnership.  They only have to invest some time and effort to achieve this, no financial investment is required on their part.  But once they make it work, it would be in their self-interest to buy us out, which is our goal.
