In order to grasp the scale of problems we face, ideally you have some exposure to Logistics, FinTech, Transportation, Insurance, Media or other complex multifactor industries.

What you’ll do:

• Create high quality design solutions from concept to production – from concept to wireframe, to mockup/prototype, to production


• Design user flows, interaction, and pixels to turn complex data and content into simple and intuitive experiences


• Work closely with development team to ensure technical feasibility of design


• Confidently communicate daily with clients to understand and deliver requirements


• Manage your own workflow to meet the deadlines which you will have set with your team to ensure success

What is Required:

• 5 years experience developing digital products across a variety of mediums, including web and mobile


• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, or related design field (or applicable experience)


• You understand good UX and good UI and what that means and love to create successful designs (that delights customers)


• You have participated in the full design cycle to deliver world class, pixel perfect designs.


• Strong communicator and fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong understanding of the agile software development process


• Excited by ambiguity and rapid changes common in early-stage product development
