Ideal candidate: You are a highly motivated hacker types able to work independently and learn new technical skills on the fly.  

No specific experience is required, but familiarity with the following will help:

• Strongly statically typed languages like OCaml, Rust, and Haskell


• Distributed systems, cryptography, and virtual machines


• Contribution to large open source projects
