Story:


AIM is taking on an initiative with a North American leader in energy infrastructure and power generation to scale the deployment of a machine learning data model designed to optimize pipeline utilization through predictive analytics. AIM resource(s) will collaborate with client teams to refine and mature the product leveraging Process Information data and the AWS tech stack, while assisting in planning and estimation efforts for rollout across additional assets.


This Role:



  • Develop new features, refine APIs and Lambda functions

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues

  • Assist with serverless deployments on AWS ECS Fargate

  • Produce documentation

  • Support estimation and rollout planning efforts



Must Haves:




  1. Experience creating web services in Python (and Flask framework)

  2. Experience writing AWS Lambda functions

  3. Experience with AWS ECS Fargate

  4. Experience with source code management systems based on Git (preferably AWS CodeCommit)

  5. Experience loading data to/from AWS Redshift



Nice to Haves:



  1. Bachelor's degree (Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred)

  2. Preferred relevant certifications in AWS

  3. Experience working with midstream companies

  4. Experience with OSISoft PI System

  5. Experience using SQL
