TestDome is a profitable, growth-phase startup, offering automated skill testing of job candidates before interviews. We are a small team of 11 remote employees, but we have over 5.000 customers such as eBay, PayPal, and Turkish Airlines.

We are searching for a professional, full-time SaaS Sales and Marketing Lead. That job includes both hands-on sales and marketing work, and setting goals for other people.

Your responsibilities at TestDome will be

Setting goals and reviewing the work of the current inbound-sales person. That includes deciding on inbound sales target, structure of online demos, reviewing recorded demos and sales emails.
Setting goals and reviewing the work of the current SEO / customer support person. That includes deciding on SEO targets, streamlining customer support, and generating leads from selected chats/emails.
Creating marketing and sales material: website messages, customer case studies, email templates, blog posts, social media posts, comparison documents, video demos etc.
Promoting marketing material via different channels.
Planning, creating and executing webinars.
Doing online customer demos (via zoom.us).

Your qualifications should be

4+ years of experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably for a SaaS products.
Track record of closing sales of B2B software.
Track record of creating good sales material (case studies, emails, demo scripts, etc.)
Native-level English speaking skills.
2+ years of remote work experience.
5+ books you have read about the software sales, marketing, sales methodologies and startups, that you are able to discuss with the founders.
