Xapo Salesforce Developer

POSITION OVERVIEW
Xapo is a fast-growing, global fintech company with a mission to build a safe and global way to use money. We’re a fully distributed team, with 250+ Xapiens working from 50+ countries. 
We’re seeking a collaborative, proactive problem-solver to join us as Salesforce Developer at Xapo. This full-time position is planned to be remote, meaning you can work from anywhere!
In this role, you will be responsible for owning and customizing our internal Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate is comfortable taking on ownership in a highly technical environment, resourceful, self-motivated, and passionate about understanding and fulfilling their client’s business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, enhance, test, support, maintain and debug software applications that support business units or support functions.


Work with internal teams to identify requirements and maintain a development schedule.


Analyze/identify gaps in functional/business requirements, discuss required changes with product owners to align with Salesforce product stack and architecture.


Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Apex Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components etc.


Write technical approach and design documentation as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years as a software developer.


Knowledge of product development lifecycle.


Knowledge of DevOps tools like GIT, Jenkins, JIRA etc.


Hands-on development experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, triggers, etc.,


Experience defining/working with REST APIs


Oral and written proficiency in English.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Web development skills.


Python language.


Scrum experience.


Amazon Web Services.


Remote work experience.
