x.ai Senior Product Manager

At x.ai, we are building an artificial intelligence powered personal assistant. The software will schedule meetings for our customers automatically without subjecting them to the typical back and forth over email negotiating when and where to meet someone. We are looking for a smart, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join us on the journey in creating software to give back the gift of time. You’ll get to work side by side with a small team of serial entrepreneurs moving at breakneck speeds. We are a distributed company which gives you the flexibility to work wherever you want to maximize your productivity.

As a Senior Product Manager you will:

• Translate the product strategy into a set of features and own the product feature roadmap


• Prioritize what features to work on to succeed against overall company goals


• Understand, own and gather user feedback to feed into product decisions, and translate user feedback to create user stories to help design and prioritize features


• Manage entire lifecycle from planning to completion to drive positive growth and engagement


• Define and own metrics, goals, and KPI’s for products to deliver on company goals


• Responsible for product success and impact on user experience


• Collaborate on optimizing product design and user experience flow


• Maximize team efficiency


• Conduct and integrate usability studies, user research, analysis, and feedback into a consolidated viewpoint


• Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior. Be the user expert and champion


• Execute on initiatives from conception through implementation, and work closely with the engineering team to scope and prioritize


• QA new features to ensure that they align to the original designs and intentions

Our ideal candidate has:

• 6+ years of product management experience


• Strong background and experience in product design


• Experience in UX and UI design


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Customer obsessed


• Experience leading engineering teams for software development


• Ability to excel in a distributed team setting
