As a Wordpress developer at BuildWitt, you'll be the architect on websites for some of the biggest companies in our space. We replace dismal websites built years ago with industry-leading sites designed to recognize people for their hard work and attract new people to the blue-collar world.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the best websites in construction and mining
  • Work with our talented designers to turn their concepts into reality
  • Write beautiful clean code including custom plugins and themes
  • Ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
  • Provide clients with an easy environment to update their content
  • Maintain client sites optimizing for UX, speed, and performance
  • Work remotely with flexible hours - North America time zones preferred
  • Meet deadlines consistently

Qualifications

  • Have 5+ years of Wordpress development experience
  • HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, and jQuery
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
  • Good communicator, fluent in English
  • Fun personality that enjoys working with others
  • Bonus points if you love dirt and construction!
