Senior Experience Designer

Our team is seeking a Senior Experience Designer to design and implement digital experiences that cross medium and technology. Focusing on UI and UX process and artifacts, you’ll bring multidisciplinary thinking to creative challenges. In collaboration with a team of design thinkers, you act as a consultant: defining objectives, building user empathy and translating information into insight for development into concepts, prototypes and products.

Senior Experience Designers leverage user experience methodologies: research activities, workshops and surveys to establish a strategic foundation and user needs. Final artifacts may include detailed user flows, wireframes, conceptual views, designs and presentations. They are often involved in creating client proposals and briefs that explain process and findings, or to seek design approval. Both written and oral, strong communication skills are essential. They must be able to articulate and defend design decisions to ensure project success.

Senior experience designers are expected to holistically consider technical efficiencies and creative executional outcomes to deliver the the best experience possible. This requires applying a working knowledge of web technologies, visual platforms, animation tools and more to enable unconventional problem solving via team collaboration.

Senior Experience Designers must be skilled at distilling complex information into elegant interface solutions that are, above all, human-centered, but also bridge the gap between user needs and client demands. They have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills to create beautiful, intuitive, and functional interactions. They will help improve existing designs as well as bring completely new projects to life.

Our ideal team member is curious, execution oriented, capable of handling projects from concept to delivery, and thrives in a collaborative environment with frequent team and stakeholder interaction. You’re highly adaptable, and become more creative when faced with challenges to deliver outstanding results.
