Designer Familiar With Using WordPress
We are ThemeFusion, a creative and dedicated group of individuals who love WordPress almost as much as we love our customers. We are an online company with a tight knit team who has a passion for creating WordPress themes and plugins. Team building is important to us, and our team truly understands that we will always achieve more together. We’re in need of expanding our design team to help with new and on-going projects. We need someone who has a solid design background and also understands how to use WordPress. To clarify, the knowledge of WordPress we require does not deal with coding, but using the platform with themes.
Your duties will includes:
- Create promotional graphics for our products
- Create "demonstration" websites using the Avada theme. No coding knowledge is required, the site is built using Avada and all the features it offers, an example is here: https://avada.theme-fusion.com/creative/
- Create user interfaces that are easy and friendly to use
- Work with our developing team to solve design and interface issues
- Help test new product releases from a users perspective
- Miscellaneous design projects for social media, blog posts, and more
Requirements:
- Must have a good design background and a set of work examples to show
- Knowledge of using WP is required and knowledge of the Avada theme is a major plus
- Need to be up to date with latest design trends and software
- Ability to combine art and technology to communicate ideas through images and the layout of websites
- Good communication skills with ability to follow directions yet freely think creatively while doing so
- Active worker with the drive & ambition to succeed
- Able to follow detailed directions yet also think freely to help solve design issues
- Proactive and reliable with a focus on teamwork and positive attitude
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Fully reliable and work consistent hours every week
- Collaborative and a team player with ability to follow instructions

Work Environment / Requirements:
- Remote work online
- Full time 40hrs a week Monday through Friday
