The Customer Success Technician will work directly with mining and construction customers to install, integrate, and maintain Teleoâs remote operation and AI systems on heavy equipment. This role requires strong hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, the ability to work independently in field environments, and a willingness to learn complex, cross-domain systems.
\nYou will travel to customer sites (50%+ travel required), operating within customer time constraints and safety conditions to complete installations of Teleoâs hardware, electrical, and network systems
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside senior operations leadership and gain experience across mechanical, electrical, networking, and AI-integrated systems. Ideal candidates are physically capable, adaptable in high-ambiguity environments, and eager to grow into increased responsibility over time.
