Job description, tasks:
· Communicate with customers via phone, e-mail and social channels;
· Communicate with influencers regarding product promotion;
· Coordinate orders and order delivery to customers;
· Administrate of social accounts (Facebook and Instagram);
· Gather customer feedback and update an internal system with the information about clients;
· Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas for the project improvement.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch (both spoken and written);
· Ability to multi-task and take responsibility in challenging situations;
· Knowledge of social networks;
· Interest in beauty products;
· Enjoy communicating with people;
· Ability to work effectively in a team.
