Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Set up project schedules, organize job files, track and monitor progress, route projects, and supervise status meetings
• Lead an efficient flow of work and information through the production departments
• Assist in the handling and organizing of materials to ensure the delivery of the most necessary elements of every project in a defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraints

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of prior experience in managing Drupal projects
• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and Agile certification is an asset
• Knowledge or experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Tools and Sharepoint is a definite asset
• Able to exercise independent discretion and act on it
• Demonstrated success acting in a project management capacity
• Candidates must have proven skills in project management software like Microsoft Project
• A track record of working with or in an accounting function with a critical role in system projects preferred
• Candidates should have know-how in business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modelling and testing methodologies development
• Capable of analyzing complex business problems, proposing effective solutions and understanding and applying business vision and direction
