Role Overview
You will take a central role in identifying, attracting, onboarding, and accounting new advertisers for Adoperator.com. As part of the global team, youâll develop relationships, manage performance pipelines, and play a vital part in international expansion and revenue growth. The role is entirely remote, suited for ambitious professionals eager to drive business in digital advertising.
What You Will Do
Identify and reach out to new advertising partners worldwide. Build strong relationships by understanding client needs and market trends. Onboard new advertisers and support their success, working closely with Adoperator teams. Track performance, communicate results, and proactively drive advertiser growth.

Requirements
2+ yearsâ experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or business development. Fluent English. Proven ability in remote work, sales, or working internationally. Excellent written and verbal communication. High motivation and strong organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience with advertiser hunting, onboarding, accounting, international sales, affiliate networks, SaaS, or adtech. Knowledge of additional languages, global campaign management, or B2B lead generation is a plus.
