You'll be responsible for managing our fleet of company devices, ensuring employees have the tools they need to be productive, and maintaining security across our systems. This is a foundational role—you'll build the processes and systems that scale with us. **What You'll Own** **Device Management** - Implement and manage our MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution - Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hires - Enforce security policies across all managed devices (encryption, password policies, automatic updates) - Maintain hardware inventory and lifecycle management - Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate repairs/replacements **Employee IT Support** - Onboard new employees: device setup, account provisioning, access management - Offboard departing employees: device collection, access revocation, data handling - Serve as first point of contact for employee tech issues - Create documentation and self-service guides
