As Circleâs IT Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in managing daily IT operations and supporting our growing team. Reporting to the Finance team, this role ensures all employees have the tools, access, and support they need to work securely and efficiently.
Youâll be responsible for provisioning and maintaining employee hardware and systems, troubleshooting day-to-day issues, administering key IT tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Slack), and assisting with compliance and documentation tasks. This role is highly collaborative, supporting HR, Finance, and Security to maintain a reliable, compliant, and scalable IT environment.
