Position Summary

The Learning Program Manager â Sales & Field Services is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive learning and development strategy to equip employees with the skills they need to excel in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in supporting the companyâs growth by ensuring team members are equipped with the technical, behavioral, and safety competencies required to succeed.
