We are seeking a visionary Marketing Lead to elevate our brand and orchestrate marketing strategies that resonate with our diverse audiences, from developers to enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and analytical, capable of crafting compelling narratives around the transformative potential of blockchain technology.

What we will accomplish together:
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance awareness of the Flow Blockchain and its benefits across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Keep a pulse on the rapidly evolving blockchain industry, analyzing trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position Flow Foundation effectively.
  • Drive Brand Awareness: Execute initiatives that boost Flow Foundation’s visibility and thought leadership in the blockchain space, ensuring our messaging resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Lead Campaigns: Design and manage impactful marketing campaigns from inception to completion, measuring effectiveness and adjusting strategies in real time to maximize results.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with product capabilities and market needs.
  • Measure and Optimize: Use metrics and analytics to track campaign performance and ROI, refining marketing tactics based on data insights.
  • Content Development: Supervise the creation of engaging content that communicates the unique advantages of the Flow Blockchain, including use cases, benefits, and developer resources.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key community members, partners, and influencers to expand our reach and impact within the blockchain ecosystem.


About you:
  • Extensive experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing strategic marketing plans and executing successful campaigns.
  • Profound understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using analytics tools to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and articulating clear, persuasive messages for a variety of audiences.
  • Direct experience in the blockchain or fintech industries, with a solid understanding of the technologies and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and teams, with a flair for driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
