What you will do:- Lead new integrations from concept through implementation (supporting tasks aligned with the current product roadmap).
- Develop technical documentation from scratch for new features and updates to existing ones.
- Maintain and update current technical documentation for products and systems.
- Support client systems in defining integration requirements for the product.
- Build a knowledge base for the product's events library (product event model) at both system and company levels.
- Future support for the Sales Team in gathering external client requirements for product customization (the product is currently internal, with plans for a global launch).
Qualifications and experience needed: - Minimum of 3 years of experience on IT projects in a systems/business analyst role with a focus on backend development.
- Proven experience in writing technical and project documentation, including BRD, SRS, API Specifications, and Admin Guides.
- Experience formalizing functional requirements using techniques such as functional decomposition, use cases and scenarios, user stories, and state modeling.
- Proficiency in UML notation for modeling functional requirements (behavioral diagrams: activity, sequence, state, use case; structural diagrams: component, deployment).
- Strong understanding of and experience with data protocols, particularly REST over HTTP and SMPP.
- Experience in managing the full requirements lifecycle: prioritization, agreement, and ongoing maintenance.
- Systems thinking.
- Client-oriented approach to supporting internal client systems.
