What you will do

Provide overall project direction as related to schedule, cost, performance, and resources

Will be responsible for team dynamics and making sure the team is optimally organized

Will develop strong relationships with team members

Will develop, monitor, and control project plans including:

        -Scope

        -Schedule / GANTT chart / Burndowns / Task Lists

        -Business Case / Capital Equipment Request

        -Risk / Resources / Budget

Will help develop functional specifications that fully define project and product

        -Cost

        -Performance criteria

Will develop and direct project team members

Will manage key stakeholders and provide appropriate communication

Will refine tools, process, and methodology for project management

Will mentor less experienced members of the PMO

Will help monitor the portfolio of projects in execution and identify/remedy areas of concern

What you need

• Bachelor's Degree; in engineering or related technical discipline, preferred

• 8+ years experience; experience in running projects, preferred

• Experience in New Product Development, preferred
