Role: Public Training Associate (Temporary)
Location: This role will be remote in the continental United States
Reports to: Public Training Senior Manager
Eligibility: Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required. The Trevor Project will not sponsor a work visa for this role.
Classification: Nonexempt Full Time (Temporary - 9 months)
Union Role? No (Temporary)
Salary Range: $30/hr
Summary:
This is a temporary role anticipated to last for 9 months. This role will support the delivery of training programs that advance Trevorâs mission and public education efforts. This role assists in preparing for and facilitating virtual and in-person trainings, maintains and updates training materials, and supports operational tasks such as organizing inquiries and coordinating logistics. Working closely with teammates and cross-functional partners, the Associate applies a learnerâs mindset, demonstrates attention to detail, and communicates proactively to support team goals. This is an ideal role for someone eager to grow their facilitation skills, contribute to impactful educational programming, and develop a deeper understanding of public training and LGBTQ+ advocacy work.
