What You Will Do

·        Lead Flutter mobile development, delivering robust, performant apps for clients globally.

·        Collaborate with data engineers and the founding team to refine product features.

·        Integrate third-party SDKs, market data APIs, and authentication services.

·        Optimize performance and ensure scalability on AWS (Amplify, DataStore).

·        Participate in architecture decisions and contribute to building a modular, maintainable codebase.

·        Shape a pragmatic, product-driven engineering culture within the company.

 

Experience: 5+ years in software development, with at least 3 years of dedicated, professional Flutter experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.

Technical Skills:

·        Core: Expert-level knowledge of Flutter and the Dart language.

·        State Management: Proven experience with flutter_bloc.

·        Backend & Cloud: Demonstrable experience with AWS, specifically AWS Amplify DataStore. 

·        Integrations: Experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs, particularly authentication services like Auth0.

·        Web: Experience with React is a significant plus, given the potential need for simple web apps for backend services.

·        Fundamentals: Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

 

Soft Skills:

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Excellent communication skills for a remote environment.

·        A pragmatic and disciplined approach to development, aligning with your core principles.

·        The maturity to work independently, take ownership, and drive a project forward.
