Hostaway is seeking a Senior Product Designer who thrives in owning the full design process—from discovery to delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, impactful, and scalable experiences across web and mobile. In this role, you will create intuitive experiences that drive user adoption and expansion. Leverage product usage data and feedback loops to refine feature adoption flows, in-app guidance, and key a-ha moments that align user value with business outcomes. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and business goals and transform them into compelling user-centered solutions.

This role is ideal for a designer who’s as comfortable conducting user research and defining problem spaces as they are crafting pixel-perfect UIs. You're not just thinking about how things look but how they work—and how to deliver real value through design.

Your Mission:

• Lead End-to-End design work, driving the full design process from user research, discovery, ideation, and concept development to interaction design, UI design, testing, and implementation.

• Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to uncover user pain points and validate hypotheses. Apply those insights to inform design decisions at every stage.

• Translate complex product and user requirements into thoughtful, elegant solutions that balance user needs with business strategy and technical constraints.

• Craft high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that are aesthetically refined and usable. Pay attention to every detail, from layout and typography to micro-interactions.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are well-informed, feasible, and impactful.

• Standardize and scale our UI across platforms by contributing to and evolving our design system. Ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence across all touchpoints.

• Advocate for the user and design best practices across the organization. Elevate the quality of our product experiences through usability testing, accessibility, and continual refinement.

• Design for web and mobile (iOS/Android), ensuring cohesive and responsive experiences across screen sizes and devices.

• Share knowledge, give and receive constructive feedback, and help grow the design culture.

• Keep up with the latest tools, trends, and techniques in UX and UI, and bring new ideas to elevate our design practice.

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a focus on SaaS products

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Demonstrable experience in designing for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C products, including complex and simple solutions

• Demonstrable experience designing for multiple devices and screen sizes, ensuring seamless experience across platforms

• Proficiency in Figma 

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices

• Ability to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Experience with usability testing and user research methods

• Ability to propose and lead ideation sessions.

• Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to document processes effectively

• Strong organizational skills

Nice to have skills:

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.

• Experience with analytics tools such as Pendo, HotJar, Google Analytics, Lookback, or Maze

• Experience working in a SCRUM/AGILE environment

• Previous experience with booking software
