We're looking for a Technical Release Manager to join our team at Modus. Want to help our clients build awesome solutions to accomplish their goals and vision? Are you interested in working from home with some of the best talents on the planet? Then keep reading.

About You

You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the creation of release candidates and release of the code to production, weekly, across multiple teams.

As a Technical Release Manager, you will be responsible for creating release communications for stakeholders. You will monitor the release process and manage the CI pipeline. You will be working to continuously improve our client’s release process.

You will create and release hotfixes to production as required and work with product owners to ensure feature validation in a timely manner before the release window. You also give support to developers as needed to resolve code conflicts.

You’re experienced with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Problem-solving and having solid organization skills are second nature to you. You have good experience with Git & Github, Github Actions, and Jira. It is helpful for you to have experience with Laravel (PHP) and Vue (JavaScript).

You love learning. Engineering is an ever-evolving world. You enjoy playing with new tech and exploring areas that you might not have experience with yet. You are a self-driven, self-learner willing to share knowledge and participate actively in your community.

Having overlap with your team is critical when working in a global remote team. Modus requires all team members to overlap with EST morning hours daily. In addition, reliable high-speed internet is a must.
