Epoch AI Web Developer

Epoch AI is looking for a web development contractor to expand our capacity during a website refresh.

About the role

This is an independent contractor role. Your main responsibility will be to implement existing Figma designs in React for an Astro website, though no prior familiarity with Astro is necessary. You will coordinate with our web development team to achieve our web redesign, enabling us to better communicate years’ worth of research on AI trends. This role is fully remote, and we are able to offer contracts in many countries, although we prefer candidates in time-zones overlapping with our existing team (between UTC+1 and UTC-7). • Required: Prior experience in React 
• Required: Professional web development experience
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Astro

• Hourly compensation at $60 USD. Full-time is preferred, though we are open to part-time. Wages are not restricted to USD, and contracts and payments are usually in local currencies. Conversions are based on average exchange rates.
• Fully remote environment, including flexible work hours.

Additional Information

While we welcome applicants from all time zones, we prefer candidates who can overlap with UTC–8 (Pacific Time) and UTC (Greenwich Mean Time), as most of our staff work in this range of time zones.
