I am seeking a personal Customer Service Assistant/Virtual Assistant to work from home and assist me with various remote tasks.  I am currently in New Zealand with my Family for a 3-week vacation. My business is struggling, and I am urgently seeking a reliable personal assistant who is available to start immediately.  I am willing to accept and go ahead with your application. Duties:

 

• Manage personal assistant tasks. Complete the daily online auction payment and other regular payments online, for which I will provide further guidelines.
• Coordinate schedules. Assist with scheduling appointments, organizing calendars, and booking travel arrangements.
• Perform bookkeeping. Manage simple bookkeeping tasks, such as invoices, receipts, and expenses. (I will always provide you with funds via Check,

 

PAYROLL:

$1,000 Weekly.

About the funds to complete every remote assignment:

I will always provide you with the funds to cover your remote assignments. Due to FedEx/UPS Mailing delay. I will always issue you a check from my Intuit account, and I will email you a copy of the Check, which you must print on regular white paper and deposit via your Bank's Mobile App (Mobile Check Deposit). It is much easier and safer.

 

Additionally, I will always provide you with the Order Invoice and guidelines on what you need to do.
